Paris Hilton is another fixer-upper. Personality problems aside, she actually has some nice facial features: shapely cheeks, even-toned skin, clean jaw line and a long, slender neck.
Paris' face just goes wrong in the details. Her wonky eyes and pelican beak are distracting while her mouth is, to a lesser degree, also flawed—the lower lip is too plump, while the upper lip lacks definition, giving her a “camel” mouth.
My renovations:
Face estimate (rough):
Revision Rhinoplasty -- $15,000.00
Lower Lip Reduction -- $3,000.00
Upper Lip White Roll Augmentation - $500.00
Total -- $18,500.00
A mere drop in the bucket for the heiress, but she'd still be left with a wonky eye that probably isn't correctable. A bit too glaring to be passed off as a charming quirk, I suspect it would have been fixed it by now if it were.

you are fantastic with photoshop! i have sort of a strange request...i'm planning on a rhinoplasty this summer and was wondering if you might mind editing a photo of me for my own/surgeon's benefit? i'm not exactly sure how i want my nose to look...i understand if this sounds weird, because it is. anyway, if you could, i'll private message you my e-mail (i found this blog via your post on thefashionspot.)

Paris has a lantern jaw:

Not "clean" at all.
It's true that her jaw is too wide. By clean I meant that it's well-defined: she doesn't have that neck-jaw mergy thing that a lot of people do. Besides, even as square jaws go hers is more feminine than average:

I don't see it as being one of her main flaws.
